I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dental office. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Emily,... who took my X-rays, was very kind. Amanda, my hygienist was phenomenal! She was so sweet and thorough. She made me feel so comfortable, and she narrated everything she was doing, which helped put me at ease. Dr. Bains was easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and giving me the best advice. I have a terrible fear of dentist, so after 10 years I got the sense to go again. I was really taken back at how... amazing this place is! The staff is so amazing and kind. From the initial phone call to the receptionist, to the assistant that handled me (Mrs. Irene), to the most amazing, sweet, kind, and gentle dental hygienist ( Mrs. Amanda). This dentist office and staff put me at ease and were an absolute pleasure to have work on me. The anxiety I usually feel was almost completely gone, and the Dr. was very informative and Mrs. Sol informed me of all my insurance coverage and scheduled me accordingly for follow ups based off my availability. Really loved my visit! From the front desk all the way to finance ladies was just an amazing experience! A lot of... people are nervous to go to the dentist but with this staff I guarantee you will leave feeling happy and encouraged for your current and future health for your teeth! Front desk girl was very sweet, prompt and helpful! She also was jamming out to the Backstreet Boys with me. David was very knowledgeable and he was busy helping so many of us but was so good that you felt like he was with you the whole time with his attention just on you! Plus he’s a Vikings fan!! The Dr. was humorous and fun to be around and you can tell he works hard to create that environment. He is very skilled and through! Amanda was the sweetest, very optimistic, and genuine she made me excited to work with her to get my teeth to the best health! Sol and Ashley helped and encouraged me to be brave for my deep cleaning they believed in me to be ok with the numbing shot! All in all just great down to earth people that turned what could be a stressful situation for people into feeling apart of the family having fun laughing at Sunridge Smiles. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. I lost my insurance a couple years ago and haven’t been... able to go since. I was extremely nervous and embarrassed to see how bad my teeth were. They never made me feel embarrassed or nervous they were very welcoming and honest. They answered all of my questions with ease and scheduled me for fillings on my cavities that same day!! I never waited to be seen longer than 5 minutes. I called this morning around 1030 and the receptionist was going to get me an appointment at 11 am. I couldn’t make... that so she had a 12pm which was perfect. I needed an extraction. my tooth was broken and I wanted it out. I was seen with in 10 minutes of arriving and saw the dr with in 20. They were able to remove my tooth the same day with in 45 minutes of my initial visit . I was out at 1:10. Great friendly staff and amazing dr. Thank you guys so much!!! Great experience from start to finish! Receptionist Erika was knowledgeable and helped with all my insurance... questions. Tech Jackie was funny and kind.
